Luis Fernando Rodríguez  is a lawyer specialized in commercial and investment arbitration.


Arbitration Experience

Luis Fernando joined Armesto & Asociados in 2016, after an internship with the international arbitration team of Baker Botts LLP in London. He takes part in commercial and investment arbitral proceedings under the main international rules (ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL, etc.)

  • Legal Expert for the Fundamental Rights Agency of the European Union from 2008-2010 and 2011-2013.
  • Visiting Fellow at the Law & Technology Centre, Law School, Hong Kong University, from January to April 2012.
  • Visiting Doctoral Student at the Oxford Internet Institute, University of Oxford, from May to October 2012.
  • Visiting Researcher at the Institute for Global Law and Policy, Harvard Law School, Harvard University, from July to November 2010.
  • Visiting Researcher at the Law School of the University of Exeter (UK), from June to September 2009.
